Pros:

Gorgeous, sweeping instrumentation and orchestrations, especially in the inspired and surprisingly aggressive percussion

Excellent use of dynamics, contrasting soothing string passages with bombastic crescendos superbly

Cons:

Unbelievably drawn out, continuing for a good thirty minutes too long

Quite unapproachable and perhaps unmemorable for a modern listener

Not always engaging moment-to-moment

Best: IV

Worst: V

7/10 Goosebumps at times
