Pros:

Surprisingly well-integrated and interesting genre inclusions, fusing folk, blues and choral music into a hard rock sound

Huge and pounding arena rock tracks, with groovy riffs and choruses bound to get your first a-banging

Cons:

Vocals, whether in performance or production, can be annoyingly boisterous and overbearing

A plethora of basic and unimpressive sound choices make this a disappointingly flat listen front-to-back

Songwriting, while fun, leaves a lot to be desired in nuance, complexity or experimentation

Best: The Gates Of Babylon

Worst: Rebound

5/10 Aspires to Nickelback
