Pros:
Impressively proficient performances throughout, with some incredible lead guitar lines and often prominent, driving bass
Many strong hooks, choruses and melodies make this a very catchy and memorable listen
Use of odd effects, timbres and genres is often inspired and elevates many tracks
Cons:
Lead vocals become increasingly grating over time
Overuse of certain writing devices, especially the repeated chord progressions, make some tracks less distinctive than they should be
Can be structurally messy at times, layering passages haphazardly rather than intentionally
Best: The Boy Who Could Fly
Worst: Million Dollar Houses (The Painter)
7/10 Lyrics edgy enough to cut
