Pros:

Guitar work is fluid, expressive and dynamic, as would be expected from one of the most legendary guitarists alive

Explores a variety of genres and tones, dipping into hard rock, bluesy ballads and even power metal (or near enough) to keep things fresh and exciting

Riffs are groovy and catchy, getting stuck in your head while never distracting from the magnificent leads

Cons:

Guitar shredding can become a little monotonous over time, with some later tracks suffering from a lack of surprise

Reeks of unexplored territory, with talent like this being capable of something far grander and even more explosive

Best: Circles

Worst: Lords of Karma

8/10 A master at work
