Pros:

Lead guitar is, unsurprisingly, expressive and intricate, being complemented by the bass and drums exceptionally well

Songwriting is restrained and tasteful enough to keep the album catchy and accessible, reining itself in for some fun riffs and hooks

Expands into a great range of genres and moods, exploring rock, metal, blues and more

Production, while hardly exciting, is well-balanced and clear

Cons:

Some melodic hooks can feel a little derivative at times

Some tracks are a little unnecessarily overextended, adding to the fatigue from endless guitar sweeps

Best: Temple Of Circadia

Worst: Happy Song

8/10 Mark of a legend
