Pros:

Lyrical content is personal and tender, navigating themes of heartbreak and isolation well as they're delivered in an intimate manner

Instrumentation, including intrepid synths and subtle yet effective strings, creates a soothing minimalist mood

Cons:

Songwriting feels very safe and derivative, rarely deviating from a singular mood and meandering in its simplistic acoustic sound

Many tracks, and the record as a whole, are far too short and repetitive to delve particularly deep in terms of sound or lyrical theming, leaving the listener unsatisfied

Best: Burned Out

Worst: Arms Unfolding

4/10 Simply... ok
