Pros:

Use of brass throughout is exciting and uplifting, resulting in some wonderful countermelodies and exhilarating saxophone solos

Often finds its way into some groovy blues-based guitar riffs, featuring some satisfying drumming and enough charm to win over a generation

Slower, more ambient cuts are very sweet, showing a more tender side a providing a lovely contrast

Cons:

Vocals are generally pretty rough, being ill-suited to the softer cuts especially as they dance around the melodies with a gravelled undertone

Production is consistently off-the-mark, often burying the vocals and resulting in some odd panning

Songwriting is very safe and unmemorable, sticking firmly to a rather generic sound

Best: Can't You Hear Me Knocking

Worst: You Gotta Move

5/10 Perfectly fine
