Pros:

Beats are wonderfully melancholic and subdued throughout without becoming dull, sampling a number of jazz and funk elements including prominent bass lines, intrepid piano chord progressions and free-flowing percussion performances

Thematic content is deeply emotional and is explored in a mature yet vulnerable manner, providing a shockingly unflinching examination of both societal and personal issues

Pacing is much improved from NWBD, using spoken passages to great effect without slowing things down all too much

Vocal timbre is full of bitterness and sorrow without sacrificing on any clarity or technique

Cons:

Flows are largely sufficient but rarely impress, speaking to an artist in the process of improvement and evolution

Deemphasis of hooks makes many tracks somewhat unmemorable after the fact

Best: Polyfilla

Worst: Georgetown

8/10 Sir, keep your eyes on the road
